  • If the item requested for exchange is of higher value, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.
  • If the item requested for exchange is of lower value, the price difference will be refunded to the customer.
  • Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear, underwear, or items marked as final sale.
